Walegion Technologies LLC ("FittChek," "we," "us," or "our") operates the FittChek mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Photos and Body Measurements

To provide body measurement and virtual try on features, we ask you to provide two photos, a front view and a side view. These photos are used to extract body measurements (such as chest, waist, hips, shoulders, and other dimensions) needed to power fit predictions and virtual try on.

Garment and Try On Images

When you use the virtual try on feature, we process images of garments you select or upload to generate a preview of how the garment may look and fit.

Account Information

We use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google to create and manage your account. We do not collect or store passwords.

Usage Data

We may collect information about how you use the App, such as features accessed and general app performance data, to help us improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Generate your body measurements and fit profile
• Power virtual try on and outfit building features
• Maintain your account and saved items (Closet, Fitts)
• Improve app performance and troubleshoot issues
• Communicate with you about the App, including beta testing updates

3. How Your Photos and Data Are Processed

Your photos and measurement data are processed using secure cloud infrastructure to generate your measurements and virtual try on results. We retain the data necessary to provide these features to you, such as your saved measurements and Closet items, for as long as you maintain an account.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the App, such as cloud infrastructure and authentication providers, solely for the purpose of providing the App's features. These providers are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of FittChek, our users, or others.

5. Your Choices

You may delete your account and associated data at any time by [insert account deletion method, e.g. contacting us or using an in-app option]. You may also choose not to provide certain information, though this may limit your ability to use some features of the App.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

FittChek is not intended for use by children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect information from children under this age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this policy or through other reasonable means.
